Booking conditions:
All above fees are payable in advance of sessions and are offered to individuals only. In the event of cancellation by a client less than 24 hours before the booking, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged unless the appointment is rescheduled within the next month or unless exceptional circumstances apply (e.g. serious illness/accident). A 50% cancellation charge will apply for appointments cancelled less than a week before the appointment and not re-booked within a month. A 25% cancellation charge will apply for appointments cancelled less than one month before the appointment and not rebooked within two months.
Hours of business are 9 am - 5.30 pm Monday to Thursday, 9 am - 2 pm Friday and Saturday mornings between 10 am - 1pm.
